This circuit style program is built around your body’s needs. You can decide how much your body can do. Warm up with walking on the treadmill, some balance with core training. The circuit will include light weights or you can only use your body. End with stretches that work out the kinks and restore energy. Great music, moves and a place to meet friends for a healthy break.
